Did the "Any Way You Can 5K" today. Dennis and the kids rode their bikes, which is why no pictures of them, and I ran. 3.12 miles in 36:50. The clock doesn't lie.

The man who ran/walked with me is George. A lifetime member of Weight Watchers.

We were given coupons for Chick-fil-A and they enjoyed it. I came home and made a wonderful egg sandwich.

The happy family arrived at home and Tommy took a picture of all of us.

What a wonderful morning! I can't wait for the next one.
