In the summer of 2003, I had the pleasure of going to Siciliy. These are pictures of Mount Etna and the distruction that it cause in an eruption a few years back.
What a way to wake up. A room full of lava.

That must have been pretty interesting to see. I know it wouldn't be the way I would want to be woken up.
I love all the pictures you post. So many things out there Dad and I only will get to enjoy on other people pictures. Keep them coming.
